Service not completed due to lack of experience with mechanics on replacing the center console which had a tear in it upon purchase of the vehicle. This created a second trip back from Midland to San Angelo to replace the console, which created an inconvenience. Also, the loaner vehicle was a very rough ride with no suspension, poor handling and did not live up to the Denali standard.

I have used Sean Fuentes as my go to sales person for years now. I’ve bought over 6 vehicles from him now and every time I have used him, he exceeds my expectations. There’s no need to negotiate with him because he has always come back to me with better numbers than I had my mind set on. He doesn’t work the customer or try and call you 10x wanting you to buy a vehicle like most salesmen do. He’s straight forward and honest with everything he says. Being able to text him and just ask questions about the market or how it would look like if I trade a vehicle in without the pressure of buying , makes him that much better. Low pressure alert for driver's side front tire. Mario discovered a nail puncture and immediately ordered a new tire. It would be delivered in the next truck run - that afternoon. The only reason i bring it in is for when i trade it in it will be certified pre-owned but if im paying $150 for an oil change, I'll do it on my own from now on. When i first got my truck 2 years ago, i was paying $80 but now $140 is ridiculous

This resulted in my car being out of service for three weeks. Of course, this was a major inconvenience. Fortunately, the damage to my car's ability to function for three weeks was finally repaired and it is performing successfully now. Fortunately, my car was eventually repaired.

Good afternoon. A couple of issues I have. I set an appointment to get vehicle serviced and fuel filter changed. The fuel filter was not completed, I know it shows its not ready but I prefer to have changed every service being a diesel tech myself. I also left with TPMS light still on, tire pressure low in right front and I was told by service writer the tech would come and ask preferred pressures. When I mentioned I feel an issue with the engine and wanted documentation even as little as I have a concern? Response was no worries, I still have plenty of warranty left so nothing was ever documented. I don't like leaving bad reviews and I won't (I own my own repair shop in Hesperia CA, Scotty's Automotive Service) so I am stating these issues in hopes the information can be used to inform and put to use constructively. People were extremely friendly and professional and what was done was done in a timely manor. Any other questions or concerns please don't hesitate to contact. Thank you

I was very pleased with my car salesman Osvaldo Martinez. He was always available to show us several different vehicles styles and colors and explained all the differences and was honest and knowledgeable about all of the features on each of the different models and years. It was very helpful as I have never had a Buick and was completely lost when it came to this vehicle. Osvaldo sent pictures and responded quickly to all of my questions via text. When we went in to negotiate price he was upfront and didn't give me the run around, he was respectful of my time and needs. I was also grateful that Osvaldo wasn't persistent and did not bug me like a lot of sales people do. I was totally let down , we have bought 2 BRAND NEW trucks from you in a 6 month span , the first experience was excellent , this one , you got the sale but lost the customer for life , the salesman literally disappeared after we picked the truck out , didn’t get any instructions on the truck , the a/c stopped on way home , had to come back over a 150 mile trip to get a/c looked at , was sent to 2 different places , came home not looked at , definitely not a happy camper, shame on GMC , I thought their standards were better than this 😡

Without an appointment, when I was picking up my Sierra 1500 from an oil change, put a computer on my wife's Acadia to determine that she needed a rear turn signal light replaced. My service person Mario wasn't there and the other person that was there was not very helpful like Mario is.It took only 30 minutes to change the oil and I just hope they really observed my vehicle Maintance right. It was my first time to use the service dept. I liked having someone greet me when I exited my vehicle. As we walked to the customer lounge, I noticed the service bays were so clean and organized!!! The oil change was very fast and when I had to schedule an additional appt for my leaky differential, the scheduling girls were AWESOME! ALL THREE OF THEM! The truck has 3311 miles on it. I recorded a loud ticking noise coming from the 5.3 liter engine in my 2026 GMC Sierra truck. Everyone said it was a lifter and then said, after keeping the truck over night, it could not be replicated and to drive the truck. I did research and found that this is a known issue (it happens a lot) and GM has directed service departments to tell customers what they told me so the vehicle will eventually be out of warranty and need to be repaired. This was heart breaking to learn and now experience of having the truck, which I loved, it tainted. I don’t really know what to do and I am contemplating legal action.

I was referred to Oz Martinez by Vernon Pruett. When we arrived, Oz was busy with another customer so we sat down to wait. Greg Herridge introduced himself and offered water or assistance. We told him the vehicle that we were interested in and that we had two vehicles to trade in. He got the process started while Oz finished up with his customers. At no time did anyone apply any sales pressure. They were able to work up an offer even though one of our trades was not available for them to see. (we live in Abilene) The offer was fair and even resulted in money back to us. Matt Gamble helped us purchase an extended warranty (only the second one I have purchased in over 60 years of shopping for cars) He also did not attempt to sell me anything that I didn't want or need. The whole process was easy. Oz helped us set up our GM account, OnStar, and SiruisXM. This detail and attention was something we had not received when we purchased a new Tahoe from another dealership in 2024. I would recommend them to someone wanting a Buick or GMC.

I was on my way to work and something was wrong with my brakes. Called Toyota dealership at 9:30am and I had to leave a message with Chelsea. At 12:30pm I had not heard from anyone so I called again. Again, I left a message. When I hung up it occurred to me that my messages were not solving anything. I called back and told the person who answered the phone what my problem was. I asked if Chelsea was at work today - maybe that's why my calls were going unanswered. She said "oh let me check. Don't hang up - I'll figure this out". Waited 10 minutes and then was sent to voice message. The next morning I drove to the Toyota house because there is no service dept. at GMC. Mario took great care of me. He checked my battery life immediately and solved my problem within 5 minutes. Such an easy fix and it took me 24 hours to get an answer.
