The minute you show up, Mario greets you. Lets you know he will have you back on the road quickly. He lets you know what additional maintenance is needed. In my case it was wipers and cabin filter that I can replace myself. Really appreciate how courteous everyone is.

First of all didn’t have my truck serviced on that date. Had my truck serviced back in February. Payment got lost and they wanted me to make payment one month later. Told them that payment had cleared at bank back in February. Got called again 3or 4 days ago, and they wanted me to send picture of payment clearing bank. Don’t think I’m going to change my oil there anymore.

For this visit, Chris asked the tech, Justin Presley, to explain to me what the issue was, and how to fix it. Both gentlemen are stellar professionals. Pretty much re-defined "customer service," at time when so many industries only care about the P&L and don't realize the customer base drives it.

When doing software updates it took all day then some things have been deleted from dashboard that I consider to be important and then when I called I didn't get an answer or a call back so I felt that I was not an important customer of Mitchell Toyota in the future I will do everything possible to not return there for any kind of work or recommend it to anyone out of all my experiences there they have not been good. Made an appointment for a tire replacement. The tire did not come in when I was told. Had to return following day. Dropped off truck in the morning was not ready until the evening...for a tire change! Also was not offered or received a courtesy car wash for first service on a new vehicle.

We used my Buick APP to set our oil change appointment up “7:30am”. The morning of the appointment we noticed the appointment had been cancelled “on the My Buick APP”. I called at 7:00 am that morning and spoke with our service representative “Mario”. He apologized and we set an appointment for 10:30 am that day. Everything went excellent and I was in and out in just a short time. Great service!

The dealership sent me to another facet of the dealerships repair crew. This was because the repair facilities at the Mitchell main headquarters was disabled. This resulted in my car being out of service for three weeks. Of course, this was a major inconvenience. Fortunately, the damage to my car's ability to function for three weeks was finally repaired and it is performing successfully now. Fortunately, my car was eventually repaired.

The only reason i bring it in is for when i trade it in it will be certified pre-owned but if im paying $150 for an oil change, I'll do it on my own from now on. When i first got my truck 2 years ago, i was paying $80 but now $140 is ridiculous

Good afternoon. A couple of issues I have. I set an appointment to get vehicle serviced and fuel filter changed. The fuel filter was not completed, I know it shows its not ready but I prefer to have changed every service being a diesel tech myself. I also left with TPMS light still on, tire pressure low in right front and I was told by service writer the tech would come and ask preferred pressures. When I mentioned I feel an issue with the engine and wanted documentation even as little as I have a concern? Response was no worries, I still have plenty of warranty left so nothing was ever documented. I don't like leaving bad reviews and I won't (I own my own repair shop in Hesperia CA, Scotty's Automotive Service) so I am stating these issues in hopes the information can be used to inform and put to use constructively. People were extremely friendly and professional and what was done was done in a timely manor. Any other questions or concerns please don't hesitate to contact. Thank you

The only thing I was displeased is that I left my car to get the oil change and I was not notified by text message or email that my car was finish with oil change.My advisor did say thirty minutes, but would have been nice for a text message like I used to get. I know it's a difficult situation Mitchell is in by going to Toyota place to get oil change for a GMC.

I was very pleased with my car salesman Osvaldo Martinez. He was always available to show us several different vehicles styles and colors and explained all the differences and was honest and knowledgeable about all of the features on each of the different models and years. It was very helpful as I have never had a Buick and was completely lost when it came to this vehicle. Osvaldo sent pictures and responded quickly to all of my questions via text. When we went in to negotiate price he was upfront and didn't give me the run around, he was respectful of my time and needs. I was also grateful that Osvaldo wasn't persistent and did not bug me like a lot of sales people do. Overall my experience was very pleasant and not stressful and I appreciate the honesty and transparency. I would highly recommend Osvaldo to my friends and family.

I was totally let down , we have bought 2 BRAND NEW trucks from you in a 6 month span , the first experience was excellent , this one , you got the sale but lost the customer for life , the salesman literally disappeared after we picked the truck out , didn’t get any instructions on the truck , the a/c stopped on way home , had to come back over a 150 mile trip to get a/c looked at , was sent to 2 different places , came home not looked at , definitely not a happy camper, shame on GMC , I thought their standards were better than this 😡

Mario always takes care of us. Without an appointment, when I was picking up my Sierra 1500 from an oil change, put a computer on my wife's Acadia to determine that she needed a rear turn signal light replaced. He ordered it saving us two visits to Mitchell, one to determine the problem and one to return to replace the signal light.

My battery failed on Friday afternoon. I called to see if would be possible to have the battery replaced. I did not have an appointment since I did not know that the battery would fail. I was not pleased this time for oil change. My service person Mario wasn't there and the other person that was there was not very helpful like Mario is.It took only 30 minutes to change the oil and I just hope they really observed my vehicle Maintance right. I will make sure next time that Mario is there because he is good about explaining what kind of Maintance they did to my car or if it needs something extra done.

It was my first time to use the service dept. I liked having someone greet me when I exited my vehicle. As we walked to the customer lounge, I noticed the service bays were so clean and organized!!! The oil change was very fast and when I had to schedule an additional appt for my leaky differential, the scheduling girls were AWESOME! ALL THREE OF THEM! Glad I bought a GMC and I get to use Mitchell repair and maintenance services!

Incredibly great! Sean Fuentes provided excellent tutorial and answered all questions relative to our new Yukon Denali. We couldn’t have been made to feel more comfortable. The truck has 3311 miles on it. I recorded a loud ticking noise coming from the 5.3 liter engine in my 2026 GMC Sierra truck. Everyone said it was a lifter and then said, after keeping the truck over night, it could not be replicated and to drive the truck. I did research and found that this is a known issue (it happens a lot) and GM has directed service departments to tell customers what they told me so the vehicle will eventually be out of warranty and need to be repaired. This was heart breaking to learn and now experience of having the truck, which I loved, it tainted. I don’t really know what to do and I am contemplating legal action.

Sent 16 yr old in for oil change. All tire sensors went out immediately when he left. How uncommon is all 4 at once. I've also seen in past where they try sell service to ladies and children because of there lack of knowledge. Truly poor buisness. 15 yr customer 8 vehicles are this GMC.

We weren’t planning on purchasing a truck just yet. We drove in because I was curious what the GMC interior looked like in comparison to our Silverado. We only wanted Diesel and it just so happened that the last 2025 on the lot was significantly marked down and the the value of ours would depreciate quickly after this year. We worked with Jacob Jasso and he was fantastic. He addressed us both equally, was extremely attentive to all of our questions and worked quickly and efficiently to make the deal happen on a Saturday evening. I was referred to Oz Martinez by Vernon Pruett. When we arrived, Oz was busy with another customer so we sat down to wait. Greg Herridge introduced himself and offered water or assistance. We told him the vehicle that we were interested in and that we had two vehicles to trade in. He got the process started while Oz finished up with his customers. At no time did anyone apply any sales pressure. They were able to work up an offer even though one of our trades was not available for them to see. (we live in Abilene) The offer was fair and even resulted in money back to us. Matt Gamble helped us purchase an extended warranty (only the second one I have purchased in over 60 years of shopping for cars) He also did not attempt to sell me anything that I didn't want or need. The whole process was easy. Oz helped us set up our GM account, OnStar, and SiruisXM. This detail and attention was something we had not received when we purchased a new Tahoe from another dealership in 2024. I would recommend them to someone wanting a Buick or GMC.

I was on my way to work and something was wrong with my brakes. Called Toyota dealership at 9:30am and I had to leave a message with Chelsea. At 12:30pm I had not heard from anyone so I called again. Again, I left a message. When I hung up it occurred to me that my messages were not solving anything. I called back and told the person who answered the phone what my problem was. I asked if Chelsea was at work today - maybe that's why my calls were going unanswered. She said "oh let me check. Don't hang up - I'll figure this out". Waited 10 minutes and then was sent to voice message. The next morning I drove to the Toyota house because there is no service dept. at GMC. Mario took great care of me. He checked my battery life immediately and solved my problem within 5 minutes. Such an easy fix and it took me 24 hours to get an answer.

Karma was on my side...it was a last minute appointment scheduled for the end of the day, I forgot what time my appointment was, turned out I showed up 30 minutes early, he took me in anyhow cause the slot was open, did the oil change, checked all fluids, rotated tires, replaced wipers and had me out before my real appointment was to start...that is service.

In the past we had some hiccups with some of the personnel that worked there and it made it hard to call on them for help. Since those employees are gone and we were introduced to OzValdo Martinez, Austin Leyva and Lacie Hewitt things changed dramatically. These fantastic people have made sure we are and will be taken care of to the highest degree of expectation from any dealership. They actually make us feel like part of the GMC family and our needs are met with the utmost care and respect. It took four months to get my truck in to have the recall engine swap. When it was tested and failed I was told that it was going to be about ten days to get back in to change out the engine. Good thing once it was in I was told week and a half and they were right on time.

Well this time I went I was not impressed with service man that helped me with my vehicle. I miss Mario because he calls you by your name and very courteous this one I had was not friendly and when they finish oil change he didn't present himself to tell me what all was done to my vehicle and they didn't check my tire pressure when other times they have.
